Dave Allen, a guitarist who replaced Dave Wolfson in the early days of the four gang, died at the age of 69.
according to Wonderful Hollywood, Allen, who later followed the formation of Chriekback after his time with the influential British pop group, was another breathing on Saturday, April 5. The cause of his death was not officially revealed.
After Allen’s death during the weekend, his former colleagues in the band praised Hugo Bourneham and John King, by honoring his heart over Instagram.
“Through broken hearts, but we share the news that Dave Allen, our old musician, our friend, and the wonderful musician, on Saturday morning,” they formulated, confirming the sad news.
The post continued at the expense of the official group of Four, “Dave has endured the early mixed dementia for several years, which was a tragic time for his wife Badi, his children and his close friends.”
Bornham has shared that he had spent Wing recently a good time with the late guitarist and his family, “sharing rich and vital memories of good times. Adventures, professions in music, raising families, and our interlocking life that extends half a century.”
The rest of the members are bidding farewell to “The Ace of Bass” and “their old friend”.
