A 74-year-old woman was found dead with multiple injuries inside her Manhattan apartment. police He said Saturday.
The horrific discovery was made just before 8pm on Friday inside a building on Monroe Street near Market Street, just one block from the Manhattan Bridge.
Cops were called to the scene after someone discovered the woman unconscious in her apartment and called 911.
The woman suffered multiple injuries to her head and body and died at the scene.
Police did not reveal the woman’s name while tracking down her relatives.
