Quoting a law rarely used, California Governor -Gavin New Roosome, and ordered two thousand National Guard soldiers to Los Angeles for sixty days.
This is the first time in 60 years, as the president uses a federal authority to deploy the National Guard forces without an agreement by the governor of the state.
