
Actor Matt Damon says Netflix wants to explain the plot “three or four times” in movies, because viewers watch them while scrolling on their phones.
Damon, who appeared on Friday’s episode of the show The Joe Rogan Experience Along with actor Ben Affleck to promote their new film on Netflix, RuptureHe said viewers pay a “completely different level of attention” to the movie they watch at home compared to in the theater.

“The standard way of making an action movie that we learned is that you usually have three set pieces. One in the first act, one in the second, and one in the third. And it kind of escalates,” Damon explained.
