The Super Bowl halftime show has another major attraction besides Bad Bunny

Bad Bunny isn’t the only artist to rock the Super Bowl LX halftime show stage. Rock band Green Day is another headliner hired to entertain fans.

Billie Joe Armstrong, the band’s frontman, shares a statement about the announcement, “We’re so excited to have Super Bowl 60 in our backyard!”

“We are honored to welcome the best players who have helped shape the game and open the night to fans around the world. Let’s have fun! Let’s raise our voices!”

They will perform as well as Bani – the headliner at the end of the first half – who has been targeted by some conservative circles for singing mostly in Spanish rather than English.

Former race car driver Danica Patrick recently made a statement highlighting the backlash the Puerto Rican singer is facing.

“No English-language songs should be allowed on one of America’s highest-rated television events of the year,” she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

But what has Bunny most concerned is the well-being of his fans in the wake of ICE raids across the US.

Which is why, as he revealed last September, he is avoiding bringing the current Debi Tirar Mas Fotos world tour to America.

“Problem – like, f**** ICE could be out there [my concert]. “This is something we’ve been talking about and are very concerned about,” he told i-D.

Meanwhile, Bunny will perform at his first halftime show on February 8.
