South Carolina health officials say the state’s measles outbreak has doubled in the past week and is expected to continue growing. Officials say more than 500 people are in quarantine for 21 days, and doctors estimate about 200 people are “already infected.” The majority of patients are children and adolescents and most of them are unvaccinated.
