Brandi Cyrus and Matt Southcombe are entering a new chapter in their relationship.
Miley Cyrus’ sister, 38, posted on her Instagram account on Friday to announce her engagement to Matt.
In the announcement post, Brandi shared a collection of photos from her engagement including a black-and-white photo of Southcombe getting down on one knee.
“It’s been the craziest, biggest year of my life and I have to end it by saying yes to forever with the man of my dreams…@mattsouth,” Brandi gushed.
She recalled their first meeting, saying: “I am so grateful every day that my flight was cancelled, and I walked into this cafe one afternoon and found you.”
“You are my best friend and everything I spent my whole life looking for. Love you forever!!!” Brandi concluded.
Matt rushed to the comments section and expressed his love for Brandi, saying, “I’m not sure what I did to deserve such a good woman but I’m grateful for her every day! Love you!”
On the other hand, Matt also shared his excitement on his Instagram account, writing on his Stories that he “locked up the dream girl.”
“I have never met a sweeter, more hard-working woman in my life,” she added.
