“You have to be careful” – RedState

Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele made an offer to Hillary Clinton after the former foreign minister criticized his country’s notorious massive CECOT prison, which houses thousands of gang-linked thugs, including Trende de Aragua members who were deported from America.

Clinton, in comments posted to X, encouraged her followers to watch another documentary about the alleged atrocities of CECOT, this time produced by PBS, titled “SURVIVAL CECOT“.

Not to be confused with the controversial “60 Minutes” segment titled “Inside CECOT.” (By the way, where are the documentaries and in-depth clips about Americans called “Surviving CECOT Prisoners”?)

The PBS program follows “the story of three Venezuelan men designated by the U.S. government as members of the Tren de Aragua gang and deported by the Trump administration to CECOT, a prison in El Salvador notorious for its brutal conditions.”

You may be surprised to learn that all three men deny being members of the gang. It’s like that line in “The Shawshank Redemption” when Red (Morgan Freeman) says to Andy (Tim Robbins): “Everyone’s innocent here, don’t you know that?”

“Curious to learn more about CECOT?” Clinton asked. “Listen to Juan, Andre, and Wilmer as they speak directly about how they were labeled by the Trump administration as gang members without evidence and deported to a brutal El Salvador prison.”

Now, Hill-Rod likes to turn off comments on her X posts, so she probably felt relatively safe after posting about the “brutal” prison. She certainly did not expect the President of El Salvador to respond himself.

However, Bukele could not resist, and made an offer to anyone willing to actually “rescue” these prisoners.

“If you are convinced that torture occurred in CECOT, El Salvador is prepared to cooperate fully,” he challenged in a fiery response. “We are prepared to release all inmates in our prisons (including all gang leaders and all those described as ‘political prisoners’) to any country willing to receive them.”

The benefits will be twofold. The completely innocent angels who were unjustly housed in CECOT will be free, and Democrats and their media clients will find it easier to interview them for sob stories in the future. Wow!

“Certainly, if these testimonies reflect a systemic reality, a much wider range of sources should bolster this claim, and many more governments should be keen to offer protection,” Bukele concluded. “Until then, we will continue to prioritize the human rights of the millions of Salvadorans who today live free from gang rule.”

Bukele partnered with the United States to deal with deported gang members, career criminals and suspected terrorists in CECOT. Since then, the media and Democrats have not found a prisoner they do not want to paint as an innocent victim of the Trump administration.

El Salvador’s president mocked Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) for visiting alleged gangster Kelmar Abrego Garcia in April, noting that the then-prisoner “miraculously emerged from the ‘death camps.'” [and] “Torture” due to a member of Congress’s visit to the “tropical paradise” of his country.

While Hillary and her allies in the media hound ratings with one-sided documentaries portraying the tattooed Tren de Aragua suspects as wide-eyed lambs, Bukele highlights the real human rights victory — the millions of law-abiding Salvadorans and Americans protected by harsh deportations who no longer live in fear.
