The Epic Games Store is once again offering a free PC game every day during the holiday season. Every day at 11 a.m. ET, a new title is unlocked, available free for only 24 hours and then remaining in your library permanently. You can currently get the horror game “Sorry we are closed“Free until 11 today. The next free game will follow immediately after that.

Promotion is part of Epic Games’ ongoing holiday salewhere you can get up to 75 percent discount on selected games. The sale started on December 11 and runs until January 8, 2026, but the sale also includes free titles that start each day at 5pm and are then available for free for 24 hours. Anyone who adds the game to their library during this time window will keep it permanently.
There is no official list of all upcoming free games. The games that will follow next remain unknown until they are activated.
Free games can also be very popular. On December 19, for example, Epic Games premiered the blockbuster movie Hogwarts Legacy Free. In the past, we’ve seen Epic give away hits like Control, Death Stranding, Grand Theft Auto V, and Batman: Arkham Asylum Triple.
