James Van Der Beek recently got candid and spoke openly about his colorectal cancer diagnosis.
The 48-year-old American actor made an appearance on Friday, December 19 today A show where he touched on various topics with Craig Melvin.
During the conversation, Beck revealed that he was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer for the first time in 2023 and how he felt after discovering the disease changed his life.

“I don’t think I knew what slowing down was before. I don’t think I knew what it meant to look at everything I eat, everything I put in my body,” he joked.
