Erika Jayne has finally revealed why she still hasn’t finalized her divorce from estranged husband Tom Girard.
The 54-year-old reality TV star spoke about his divorce from the disgraced attorney on Thursday during an appearance Watch what’s happening live.
When host Andy Cohen asked Erika, “Why didn’t you file for divorce?” “Oh, I did! You guys got it wrong,” she replied.
He added: “Yes, of course I did. I filed for separation.” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum.
For those who don’t know, Erika filed for divorce from Tom in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage. They do not share any children together.
“It’s very difficult to get someone who doesn’t qualify for divorce,” Erika said. “I have to ask the guardian. It’s not that easy. Guys, stop all that.”

Tom is currently serving a seven-year prison sentence for embezzlement.
