
Brad Pitt has won a small legal step in court in his ongoing battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie over their winery.
According to a recent report issued by the peoplethe outlet received court documents in which a Los Angeles Superior Court judge asked the 50-year-old actress to give Pitt’s legal team documents or letters she had not previously shared regarding their fight over Château Miraval.
the F1 The actress received approval from the judge, who ordered Jolie to hand over the full, uncensored messages, which she had previously refused to share under attorney-client rules.
The official ruling reads: “The court orders Jolly to submit, within 45 days of this order, fully unredacted copies of the communications exchanged between the non-attorneys in the 22 documents identified in Jolly’s lien record on February 14, 2025 with the document ID numbers set forth in the appendix to this order.”
This was delivered on December 17, one day after Pitt celebrated his 62nd birthday.
“The emails will prove that Jolie was deceitful from the beginning regarding her true intentions about selling her stake in the company to Stoli,” an insider claimed.
For those who don’t know, Pitt filed a lawsuit over the winery they owned after Jolie sold her shares without his consent despite previously agreeing not to sell their shares without the other person’s permission.
