Kennedy Jr.’s wife, Cheryl Hines, revealed that since they have a very large family, they found creative ways to include everyone in the Christmas festivities.
“So, the holidays are a really fun time for us, and we like to have a talent show,” Hines said. “Not everyone is as talented as they would like to be. But that doesn’t stop us from singing at the top of our lungs. Or doing some crazy dances. But we always have a good time together.”
Marlo Greer, wife of U.S. Trade Representative Ambassador Jamison Greer, said her favorite holiday tradition is dancing the Nutcracker with their young son and daughter.
“We like to rehearse in our house and then dance and perform every year,” she added, without revealing whether her husband was a participant in the show or an audience member.
Lutnick’s wife, Allison Lutnick, explained that every year she looks forward to lighting Hanukkah candles with her children.
“They’re approaching 30 now, so we’re not doing chocolate treats for eight nights of treats anymore,” she added.
“Our favorite holiday tradition is collecting Christmas decorations everywhere we’ve been for thirty-seven years,” said Veterans Affairs Secretary Doug Collins’ wife, Lisa Collins.
“[I] “We have a special tree for those places, all dated in memory of where we’ve been and how far we’ve come,” she added.

Rubio’s wife, Janet Rubio, revealed that family traditions include going to Catholic midnight mass as a family.
“This is something that is very important to us,” Ms. Rubio said. “We celebrate it together because we want to preserve the purpose of Christmas.”
Burgum’s wife, Katherine Burgum, said at Christmas time, they like to make the traditional Norwegian flatbread called Lefse. It is made on holidays.
Last but not least, Rachel Campos Duffy, wife of Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, said her favorite thing at Christmas time is “cutting down the tree, which we get to live, every year.”
“The other thing is that during Advent, every night, we turn off the lights and light the candles, one candle for each week,” Duffy said. “And we sing ‘O’Come oh Come Emanuel’ together. And the kids, especially when they’re little, love it. It’s a moment when we come together to pray, and it’s a very special moment. And it’s again just another reminder…that Christmas is about the birth of Jesus.”
Whether your holiday traditions include some of those shared above or something completely different, we hope you have a wonderful holiday with your loved ones. And happy birthday.
