Kelsey Parker admitted she has been unable to get over the tragic loss of her third child.
The TV star was married to Tom Parker, but unfortunately, no one controlled his fate, as he died of glioblastoma in March 2022, at the age of 33.
Kelsey found another heartbreaking test of strength in June when her unborn child — her first with boyfriend Will Lindsay — was stillborn.
For context, Kelsey, who is mom to Aurelia, five, and Bodhi, four, shared her feelings with fans on Instagram on Wednesday, revealing that she just needs “space to breathe” and that she’s feeling overly burdened at the moment.
She said in a video clip:
Hello everyone, how are you all? I feel like I’ve been a little quiet, but you know, it’s okay. It’s okay to not be okay all the time.
She continued: “We live in this world where everyone tries to seem like they have everything figured out.
“Strength means smiling at everything. Sometimes strength means staying still. It means saying, ‘I just need to be quiet for a while.'”
“Sometimes I just need to calm down, I just need to breathe, let my thoughts settle, and find myself again, because life doesn’t stop and for me, it never stops.”
“Sometimes I feel like I’m holding the whole world with my bare hands. “I’m not feeling well, but I don’t have to be. None of us do that.
Kelsey also shared advice for fans who may be struggling, saying, “If you’re struggling too, that’s okay.”
Alongside the video, Kelsey commented on the post: “We all reach that point where we just need to calm down… to breathe, to reset, to find ourselves again.” If this is you… you’re not alone.
In June, Kelsey took to Instagram to share the tragic news of her third child, who died one week before his due date.
