The Supreme Court surveyed the road to the Trump administration to continue to carry out immigration raids in California after local leaders and calling groups argued that the federal authorities were stopping illegal immigrants without a good reason.
Supreme Court Resolution 6-3, issued on ideological lines, while the case is taking place in the American Court of Appeal for the Ninth Chamber.
This came after a federal judge in July prevented the enforcement of migration and customs from making raids in Los Angeles Province, who are likely to succeed in their argument that the raids have violated the fourth amendment. The ninth circle supported this matter, prompting the Trump administration to resort to the Supreme Court.

Judge Sonia Sotomoor presented an opposition, saying that the emergency that illuminates the raids was “worrying” because the majority did not provide any explanation for this step, which it said was “unreasonable to be taught” with the constitution.

“We should not live in a country that the government can seize anyone who looks like Latin, speaks Spanish, and it seems that he works in a low -wage job,” Sotomiore wrote.
