Once again in April, Nexus Razer The (free) app has been updated to iOS and Android with the support of the “Razer Kishi Ultra” console that is proud of features such as Deadzone analog and more. Since then, Razer has announced and released Riser Kishi Ultra With support for more than just phones. Razer Kishi Ultra is also the most expensive mobile console than my scientific limit, but it provides more advantages than expected for specific devices. After I used Razer Kishi and the spine, including new USB-C versions for years now, I didn’t think I needed a new console, but Razer Kishi Ultra changed my opinion in some way Hori Split Pad Pro I did on Nintendo Switch a few years ago.
Razer Kishi Ultra – What is in the box
The Razer Kishi Ultra box guarantees the same console, a few groups of rubber pillows for use depending on your device, a sheet of stickers, and the instruction booklet. For a $ 149.99 price point, I expected to have a pregnancy or at least a listed bag. Moreover, the box and cover for the box control unit are good quality as usual from Razer.
Razer Kishi Ultra Rubber comes properly classified for use with iPhone (pair A), the sixth generation of iPad mini (husband B) and Android (husband C). If you use a case, you will not need to use any of these rubber pillows.
Razer Kishi Ultra – iPhone, Cases, Android, and IPAD MinI
While most mobile control units, especially telescopes, only support iPhone and Android, Razer Kishi Ultra also supports tablets like the sixth generation of iPad mini. We recently got some telescopic control units with Bluetooth support, but for USB-C, this seems to have some of the best compatibility. For the purpose of this review, I tested Razer Kishi Ultra on the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 14 Plus and Wire on my iPad Pro. I haven’t tested Android or Windows, but I tried it on my deck. It was discovered as Generic XBOX Gamepad, but it succeeded when I was playing the US Professional League 2K25 on Steam Deck yesterday for a review and also supports decent tears in games like Bakeru that I tested.
Razer Kishi Ultra, D-Pad and Triggers buttons
Before reaching the new features, how does Razer Kishi Ultra actually feel the performance? I was somewhat worried about D-Pad, but it ended up working great when I played games like Garou: Mark of the Wolves Aca Neogeo or even the latest like Hades and Hitman Blood Money. Outside the D-Pad, the shoulder buttons and operators work quite well as the oldest control unit in Razer. The analog sticks are comfortable and smooth for use with the face buttons that are vetoed, albeit with more travel distance that I did not expect yet the original Razer Kishi.
In general, I have no complaints with Razer Kishi Ultra D-Pad or buttons or players after great use including some sessions that lasted for a few hours as Zenless Zero Zero played while charging my phone by charging here.
Regarding the feeling, the completion of the arbitrator is not rubber, but it works well with a grip and remains very comfortable until it is kept even for a few hours. I do not usually care about the Chroma things on the console, and like Razer Kitsune, you are better if the lights can somehow match the way to play on the screen.
Razer Kishi Ultra – New Features
The main clouds of Razer Kishi Ultra is a full shape factor. Instead of feeling like a compressed mobile control unit as we saw with the previous Razer version or the spine, Razer Kishi Ultra is a full size size that seems to hold your phone in the middle of a high -quality control unit. This may not be an additional advantage for some looking for a compressed solution, but it is not supposed to be. The entire shape factor makes this the most beautiful mobile phone control unit that you used to a large extent.
Other features are the customized customer through the application, Haptics (for Android and Windows), and the applicable control unit (Android) only. The virtual control unit mode is useful for Android games because we see some prominent style that exceeds the addition of the IOS control unit support on the mobile phone like Genshin Effect.
Regardless of the new features, Razer Kishi Ultra contains a 3.5 mm headphone socket (15W), and the L4 and R4 shoulder buttons.
Razer Kishi Ultra features are missing on iOS – Haptics and the default control unit
Happy and Virtual Controller (or Windows is also available for the first) and not available on iOS. I don’t really care about placing the virtual console, but I hope that Razer can work on something to enable Haptics in a way for iOS devices as well. I love the HAPTIC reactions on the PS5 and HD Rumble on the switch, so there will be something trying to do similar things on iOS great.
Razer Kishi Ultra PRICE POINT – Is it worth it?
I already think that most people are best to have a PS5 or Xbox control unit to play wirelessly on iOS as the best possible and cheapest option. If you want a good control unit that has a telescopic shape and connecting it to your phone, the most popular options are already 99.99 dollars, so Razer Kishi Ultra at $ 150 is definitely a more installment control unit. Is it worth much more? If you are well with Razer Kishi and Backbone Prise One, this is definitely worth the extra price for rest, but the lack of Haptics makes it feel less experience on iOS compared to Android where you get the completely distinctive experience.
It remains to see if the control stick on this one does not drift over time as well.
Razer Kishi Ultra – the best mobile control unit in 2024?
If you haven’t read my review of the oldest control unit in Razer, check it here. The transition from this is the most compromise -shaped factor that you have been assaulted for years through Razer and Producted Products to this big person is interesting. Just like Hori Split Pad Pro for Nintendo Switch, I find myself wanting a fully -sized and tougher console on iPhone.
Razer Kishi Ultra is easily the most beautiful mobile control unit I used at all, but I hope it is easier to travel with him. I am concerned about how it might end in my bag unless I carry it in the big box that is shipped with it. I don’t know if Razer Kishi Ultra will replace the regular Kishi or the spine when I travel, but I definitely use it only when I play at home.
At the price of demand, I was hoping that the analog stick hall would scatter. I have faced erosion problems with several controlled units over the years, and although this has not happened to Razer Kishi Ultra (or Razer Kishi itself), but I can’t say how things can be within another a few months. This is more than something to consider when purchasing it.
After now covered spine and Razer Kishi models, I definitely want the Gamesir collection experience because it looks more than a review. We hope in the near future.
Riser Kishi Ultra 2 wishes
When thinking about what I would like to see in the updated Razer Ultra Razer Ultra, regardless of the hall’s effect sticks, I would like to distinguish some of the most obvious edges like the shipping port. Moreover, although I love L4 and R4 buttons as options, I prefer to have an oxardization at the bottom of the console because it feels more natural for use. It will be good to have options given the outstanding price. Perhaps even L5 and R5 as laggin at the bottom with the increase in Nexus Razer program. The last thing I want is the issue of carrying this ruling with the control unit. When looking at the professional level control units on the console, they usually come with a nice, nice condition. It is recognized that this one does not cost what the edge of Dualseense or Victrix Pro BFG, but it will be a nice addition to the package that will not cost much.
Razer Kishi Review
If you are used to playing on the traditional PS5 or Xbox Series, or essentially any fully-sized console and do not enjoy the use of compact joy buttons and sticks that we usually see in mobile control units, Razer Kishi Ultra is perfect for you with their comfortable fist, and wonderful Bad-Pad. The lack of fully supporting iOS features is disappointing, but this is a great addition to the area of mobile control unit, and I hope Razer can build on it over the years with a pregnancy box, so you do not need to worry about anything that happens in my bag when I go out.
