Harry Styles found himself in a live drama center after the residents raised concerns about his ambitious plan to create what critics called “the monster palace” in northern London.
The 31 -year -old singer began building his real estate empire in 2019 when he bought a house in Hampsted for 8.8 million pounds.
A year later, the music icon added a second property next to 4 million pounds and recently purchased a third house nearby.
However, Harry later made plans to join two houses together, which raised complaints from neighbors who are afraid that the project would block sunlight from their homes.
The permission was granted in April, but with the conditions that included protecting wildlife by installing the hedgehogs of the boxes.
Under the proposals, Harry wanted a full luxurious stay with a main wing, four dressing rooms, a drawing room, a TV room, a cinema on the basement, a gym, swimming pool, sauna and landscape gardens with a water feature.
Not everyone liked. “It is sad to live next to a building site all the time. This was not like this,” one of the neighbors told Telegraph.
They added that the wealthy buyers were constantly re -developing homes in the region, which changes the spirit of society.
Even the neighbors feet official objections, warning that their legal rights in natural light can be affected.
Another complaint said the palace will feel very large compared to other homes on the street.
The Harry Style team defended the project, saying that the plans were carefully designed to restore the building listed in the second row and enhance the area.
The study of daylight and sunlight was conducted, which concluded that any effect on neighboring houses will be “minimal”.
