
Several thousand people participate in the protest of the Palestinian solidarity in Belfast, demanding sanctions against Israel.
The demonstration was organized by the Solidarity Campaign in Ireland Palestine as part of a series of protests in cities and cities on both sides of the Irish border.
In Dublin, the demonstrators are walking from the American embassy to the Foreign Ministry.
Other protests are organized in Landiri, Galwai, Cork, Limrick, Navan, Carlo, and Waterford.
“This is about humanity”

Among those who attended the Belfast Infaima protest from Portadown, Aragag.
She said: “Show solidarity is very important and comes out today, even as an Arab Islamic lady, looking at all these different people from different places – young, the elderly, the elderly – gives a lot of hope in the future.”
“This is about humanity, not only the Palestinian people.
“It is about our humanity and we look at these people who are starving … just sitting at home do not do nothing not an option.”
“So, what is said to do is go out in solidarity and show that we are here and that we are really concerned and that we are doing our best.”
Protest outside the BBC
The demonstrators walked in Belfast’s protest across the city to the BBC head headquarters to express the dissatisfaction of the BBC events in Gaza.
Israel launched a military campaign in Gaza in response to the October 7 attack led by Hamas in 2023, when 1,200 people were killed and 251 were taken into account.
At least 64,300 people have been killed in Israeli attacks in Gaza since then, according to the Ministry of Health in the region.
The ministry also said that 376 people passed through the war to the extent of the result of malnutrition and hunger.
