Football player in Miami, Hurricane Edirius Hayes, is facing many serious charges after the investigation into the vehicle crash in Florida killed three people.
The midfielder was accused of three charges of killing in vehicles and a reckless driving charge with a serious physical injury. In May, the police decided that Hayes was the driver in a deadly car collision.
In response to the charges, the Miami Football Team Hayes confirmed, “It has been suspended indefinitely from all activities related to the athlete for each sports department policy.” The sports section did not provide more comment.

Officials said Hayes surrendered to the police on Friday morning in Larvo, Florida. According to the records, Hayes was booked in the Benilas County Prison. It was not immediately clear whether he kept a lawyer’s services.

Investigators previously revealed that a 78 -year -old woman was one of the victims, while two children, between the ages of 10 and 4, lost their lives in the accident. The three victims were traveling in the spirit of Kia, who collided with Dodge Durango.

The police said that the children were removed from the car, and the investigators later found that Hayes “was tilted strongly through traffic shortly before the accident.” Police said he was driving his car at an altitude of 78.9 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour at the time.
A fourth passenger in Kia was taken to the hospital due to serious injuries.
“The investigation concluded that Adryos Hayes speed, aggressive and reckless changes, and the complete disregard for the surrounding traffic conditions showed a deliberate and deliberate ignorance of the safety of others, which constitutes reckless leadership. These measures led directly to the tragic deaths of the three victims,” Lago police said in a statement.

Police said Kia “legally carried out a left turn” when the Hayes car made “a quick and dangerous maneuver” and crashed into the car.

Hayes appeared in 12 games during a student season in Miami. He was a four -star recruiter coming out of the Larvo Secondary School and chose Miami after attracting attention from Florida, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio, from among others.
