Exclusive: In severe reprimand, a member of Congress in Kentucky presses the best environmental agency in California to obtain answers after learning that the state may ignore the opposite of Congress for three main criteria for electric cars.
The House of Representatives on Energy and Trade wrote to Sacramento that it “is concerned about reports that California, and other judicial states that adopted California standards that have been granted exemptions from anticipation, are carried out, carrying out pre -vehicle emissions regulations in violation of the clean air law.”
