Are you tired of seeing low storage warnings on your iPhone? Perhaps you are only afraid of the day that you should take things in your hands and start clearing the elements.
Editing the storage space on the iPhone does not need to be a complex procedure because the majority of the space is likely to be occupied by some things. You can take some steps to reduce it, such as emptying as much as possible to iCloud. Here is how.

Messages
Your iPhone provides every message you receive until you delete it. These are mostly just a text, which occupies a small space (and is not concerned about). But your iPhone also maintains every attachment you receive or send, with the exception of audio messages that end within a few minutes.
Go to Settings> General> IPHONE storage to see how much the space is occupied. The messages in the graph will appear at the top of the page as a green tape, but you can get a better idea by scrolling down and seeing the size included along with the messaging application.
Although the occupied space may be a decrease in the ocean compared to the number of applications you installed or your photo library size, it is still a space that can be recovered. Press “messages” in the iPhone storage menu, then use the “Big Reach” option or click on different categories at the bottom of the page to get more information.
It is likely that a large area will be recovered by deleting the largest attachments. As long as you have iCloud messages and enough space, you will not actually delete them forever. Delete the items in this list that only removes from your device, not iCloud.
If you have not enabled messages in iCloud, go to Settings> Your name> iCloud and click “saved to iCloud” and make sure to enable “ICLoud messages”. Wait now until everything coincides before deleting things (you can check the “Status” box to see your progress).

Unused applications and games
If you are already emptying as much as possible to iCloud, you are likely to occupy more space applications than anything else on your iPhone. There is no magic cloud key that can solve this as original applications should be stored locally for work.
It may be easy to forget what you downloaded, especially since Apple has provided the application library. Applications no longer occupy space on your main screen, and this is good. The side effect is that it is now easier than ever left applications and games on your iPhone never use it.
If you are looking for a quick solution, you can use “unused Adfload” within Settings> General> iPhone Storage to allow iPhone to determine the area of space recovery. Unused applications will be sacrificed, although the application data (your personal files) will be kept. The application will be found mainly as a shortcut to the application store (as indicated by a small cloud icon next to it) so that you want to use it, and then it must be downloaded again.
Instead, you can look at the list at the bottom of this list. Applications will be listed by size, so you can see the largest on top and start removing what you do not need (by passing the left). Another trick is to click on the “Size” button and sort “the last used date” instead to find applications that you never use and may be better.
Finally, if you just want to get a certain category, such as games, you can always use the application library (by leaving on your main screen until you see the list of categories). I have found some Apple Arcade games still installed, under the Arcade category, although there is no active subscription at the present time.

Pictures and videos
If you are not yet in the iCloud, the personal media is likely to occupy the way your device is stored. This can be a real clouds because you may find yourself facing the task of deleting the things you want to keep in order to store more pictures and videos.
The ICLOUD Photo Library is the answer, as long as you are ready to pay. You can switch the feature under the settings> your name> iCloud and then enable “ICLOUD photos” within the “Save ICLOUD” section. Use “Sync this iPhone” to play the feature, and make sure to enable “IPHONE storage”.
With enabling the feature, iPhone will sync your photo library to the cloud and manage the free space for you. Local copies will be removed to save the space and download it from the cloud when you want to reach it. As long as you have a decent internet connection, the feature works well.
If you are not in cloud storage, the alternative is to leave the iCloud photo library and your iPhone coincides with Mac or Windows PC by connecting it and transferring your files. You can then delete things from your iPhone. One of the easy solutions is to focus only on large elements, so filter your library with videos and delete the longest elements.

I paid the price of iCloud storage for years, which is why I do not regret it
Forget Netflix and Game Pass, this is my most valuable socialist.
If you are using your iPhone to listen to Podcasts, play music from services such as Apple Music and Spotify, or save offers to view later using broadcast services such as Netflix and Apple TV+, unnecessary storage space may be operated.
Apple’s podcasts can be particularly harmful in this regard. Once you tell her to keep new episodes of the shows designated for you to listen to it, she will slowly fill the shows even if you do not listen to them. You can set this behavior within Settings> Applications> PodCASTS using the “Download” menu.
You can see a detail of the Apple PodCast uses and the use of Apple Music within Settings> General> iPhone Storage (each of them will appear as a pod and music). For third -party applications, the total will appear along with the size of the application in the iPhone storage menu.
You will need to check these applications individually to remove files. For Apple Podcasts and Apple Music downloaded. Netflix has Netflix downloads>. Facked inside your applications to find these downloads, then remove them (often with long pressure or left criticism).
You can also try to delete the applications completely (don’t empty them). This should mention the application files and any data you downloaded.

Temporary files
Some applications outperform the initial installation volume as a result of temporary data. Social media applications such as Instagram and Tiktok are particularly bad for this, because they deal with a lot of video data. I never opened Instagram almost, and it was almost used to install the application to store temporary files when logging in.
The only way to disinfect this data is to delete and download applications again. Keep in mind that you will need to log in again. The easiest way to do this is to check the applications that occupy most of the data within the settings> iPhone storage year. Do not cancel the application download, and delete it completely. You can then download it again from the application store while you are fine.
Bad news is that the temporary file store will start to grow almost immediately. This may be another good reason to retract yourself from social media and stop connecting your iPhone forever.
You can cleanse the Safari cache within Settings> Apps> Safari using the “Clear History and Website Data” option. Other browsers like Chrome and Safari offer this option within the same application. Remember that the data that is not connected to the Internet is not necessarily a bad thing and can help accelerate browsing and saving mobile phone data if you are frequent on certain web sites on cellular connection.

Hanging updates
IOS updates are larger than ever, especially great promotions from the main version of iOS to another. If you have spontaneous downloads for suspended updates, and you are really bad to update your device, you may get lost 10 GB or more.
Go to Settings> General> Update the program and click “Update Now” on any suspended updates to complete the installation. Once the update is applied, the download will be deleted and the free space will get. You can change this setting with the “automatic update” menu.
It is best to leave completely automatic updates, especially if you are using a backup copy of iCloud to keep the iPhone data in the cloud.
If you are already paying a monthly fee to store iCloud and you have a lot of information, you can cancel a lot of your personal data to the cloud. Storing your personal messages and media in the cloud makes them easily available on other devices such as Mac or iPad. Everything is back to what you want to pay.
It will pay an additional $ 100 to double the iPhone capacity to 256 GB, or about 35 dollars annually compared to 200 GB of iCloud storage. Although iPhone may be more logical in terms of direct purchase, iCloud storage can be useful for other devices as well.
The best solution will be to increase the Apple from the basic storage to 256 GB on all iPhone models.
